That was our main goal when creating this seasoning. Most crawfish seasoning contains too much salt. The more you try to make your crawfish spicy, the more salt you are adding. We created Big Mamou Boiled Crawfish Seasoning mainly for boiled crawfish, but it can be used on any type of seafood. Each 2 lb. bag will season up to a 35 lb. sack of crawfish.
